The Torkil Holm Symposium

Every two years, ATV organises the Torkil Holm Symposium which is an international chemistry symposium.

The aim of the event is to bring together world-leading experts from academia and industry to present a broad range of topics within the field of chemical science. The symposium is sponsored by the Torkil Holm Foundation and is the successor of the Knud Lind Larsen symposiums.

During the symposium, the Torkil Holm Research Award for Chemistry will be awarded to a young researcher who has already established his or her credentials as an independent investigator in chemical science and who shows great promise for further scientific development.

The next symposium will take place on January 26-27, 2024.

Registration will open in September 2023.
