Do you work in the field of Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage (CCUS) and interested in learning more about the exciting world of CCUS in Canada and the study tour in April? Then join Green Hub Denmark, CLEAN, and ATV for our webinar on February 9, 4-5 PM.
At the webinar, we will provide an overview of the proposed activities of the CCUS study tour to Vancouver and Edmonton from April 23-29, as well as provide insights into the state of the Canadian CCUS eco-system.
Besides getting insides from how the Canadian CCUS eco-system works and functions, the webinar also is a great opportunity to learn more about the participants of our upcoming delegation to Canada.
About the Study Tour Delegations
Green Hub Denmark/CO2VISION, CLEAN and ATV organize two study trips in close collaboration. CO2VISION will be in Edmonton all week, while ATV and CLEAN delegations will start in Vancouver – here there will be two days focused on innovative capture technologies, both delegations will then meet up in Edmonton for the final 3 days of the tour.
“We are so pleased to see such a strong interest from a like-minded country like Denmark in Canada and Alberta’s ecosystem for carbon capture utilisation and storage (CCUS) as well as hydrogen. Canada has well defined strategies for deploying these technologies and has been progressively advancing them with the aim to become net-zero by 2050. Canada sees Denmark as an innovative and world-leading country within clean technologies and its companies and universities are reliable and strong partners for Canada,” says Michael Willmott, Senior Trade Commissioner at the Embassy of Canada in Denmark.
